This sputtering target is made of 100% tungsten carbide, with and without binders. The material type is tungsten carbide without a binder.
Binderless Carbide Manufactured by HIP using a hot press sintering process, this product utilises advanced production technology and stable raw materials to ensure a fine and uniform grain size. The pure tungsten carbide is close to the theoretical density (≥15.5g/cm3) and does not contain any harmful substances such as cobalt or nickel.

Nickel-based tungsten carbide

WTi/WSi target material
