Cemented carbide punches are die parts produced by grinding, EDM, PE and other equipment deep processing with cemented carbide as the basic material.
It is assembled on the stamping die for continuous punching and punching operations, so that the processed materials are separated or plastically deformed, so as to obtain the required finished or semi-finished stamping products.

Cemented carbide produced by powder metallurgy process has become the teeth of modern industry with its excellent characteristics such as high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Cemented carbide-based tool products are a powerful tool in the manufacturing industry. The most important processing tools, especially some core working parts with relatively high working environment requirements, have more emphasis on the use of cemented carbide.

Among all kinds of stamping dies, progressive stamping dies use the most punches, and the core components are mainly carbide punches. The corrosion resistance, high hardness, high strength and non-rust performance of carbide punches are specially selected by the pharmaceutical industry to make punches for punching tablets.

Carbide punches can also be used in powder metallurgy dies, cold heading dies, spring machining tools and other fields that require wear-resistant materials.
